To reach the resort, guests can enjoy a scenic 45-minute seaplane ride from the capital of Malé. Alternatively, a 25-minute speedboat ride from Ifuru Domestic Airport is available. The domestic flight to Ifuru Domestic Airport from Malé takes approximately 30 minutes. Kudafushi Resort, which opened in January 2017 with the Beach Villa available initially, underwent a full opening in late March 2017. The resort boasts a total of 107 villas, including 40 Beach Villas, 32 Beach Villas with private pools, 24 Water Villas, 10 Water Villas with private pools, and 1 Presidential Water Suite.
